I was extremely happy with the entire experience. Due to my work schedule it was SO helpful to be able to communicate primarily by email. I had multiple questions--which were all very gracefully answered. I had a hard time picking the color of the shingles--assistance in the form of a link to a helpful website was provided. The roofers showed up when expected, were nothing but polite, appropriate, and clearly competent. The place was tidy when they left, and I feel secure facing winter with an awesome new roof. The price was exactly what was quoted--the whole experience was EASY. No stress. The only downside is that my garage roof looks very sad in comparison, so I will be calling these guys back early next year to fix that!

The Roof Doctors replaced the roof on our home in 2010. We never had a reason to call Dan Dumond until this recent storm blew off a portion of our ridge vent. We got in touch with Dan and he came out immediately. He reattached the ridge shingles, checked the remainder of the roof and refused to accept payment. He backed is word and workmanship with action.
